MettShee uses environmentally friendly cleaning products that are safe for you, your family, and your pets. Our favorite brands are Method and Lysol. We also use professional-grade equipment to ensure the best results. If you prefer, we can use your household products, however we do not require that you provide anything.  

We love your pets! Please inform us of your pets upon booking. If possible, confine them so that we can easily clean around them. We keep dog/cat treats on hand for the cutest of furry friends!  

 We always send both cleaners to your home for safety and efficiency reasons.  

 You don't have to lift a finger! There is no "pre-clean" required, however it is easier and quicker for us to get the job done if items are tidied up and put away. This also helps to avoid any confusion if we happen to move an item during our clean.  

 We can quote you in person, over the phone, or by email. The choice is up to you. Let us know the size of your home, and what the most important tasks are for you and your family. From there, we will put together a budget-friendly quote to suit your needs, and get you on our books!  

 We will leave an invoice for you when we leave. From the invoice, you can pay cash, venmo us, or write a check out to MettShee Cleaning. At this time, we do not accept credit card payments.  

 There's nothing worse than paying for a service you were not happy with. If for any reason, there is an issue with the services you received, PLEASE reach out to us within 24 hours, and we will happily come to rectify the situation - free of charge!   

 We have no problem working around you if you are home! If you are not home, we will let ourselves in and out according to your specific instructions. We want to ensure your comfortability with us completing the job. We do require that anyone under the age of 18 is accompanied by an adult. 

 We can do whatever you ask of us! If you prefer we do only upstairs/downstairs, or request that we stay out of a specific room, we will most certainly respect your wishes.  

 We would love to get you ready for the season's camping outing, or next family road-trip. We are able to clean campers, and RV's as long as they are supplied with power, and a water source. We will clean vehicles also depending on the situation - but it should be noted that we ARE NOT professional auto detailers.  

 Currently we are out about two weeks. So, we can get you on our books relatively quickly.  

 Absolutely! We have a full service add-on menu that you can add on to any clean at any time to help personalize our visit.
